Younger children may play tag, dodgeball, or capture the flag. You can also join a team and compete against other kids.

Adults can choose to play in either team or individual sports. There are many ways to find a team.

How To

How can I start Base Jumping?

Base jumping, also called free-fall parachuting, is a sport in which participants jump from fixed objects, such as cliffs, bridges, towers, and buildings, without any equipment. The participant uses their parachute safely to land from the object. The process is very similar to skydiving. However, you do not need to wear a parachutee and don't have hold your breath while waiting for the parachute to open.

The most common type is a wingsuit jumping suit. A wingsuit is composed of two pieces of fabric that are sewn together. One piece covers your chest and arms while the other covers your legs. Special boots are worn by the jumper that allow him/her stand upright in flight. During descent, the jumper pulls the straps attached to his/her feet tight, which causes the material covering the legs to bunch up, creating a large pocket of air underneath the jumper's body. Once the air pocket has grown large enough, the jumper will open his/her parachut and land safely.

Some base jumpers use powered suits to help propel themselves through the air faster. The main components of powered suits include a backpack that contains batteries and a jacket with a jetpack. These small rockets shoot hot gas jets at high speeds from these packs. This creates thrust and propels the jumper ahead. These suits are loud and heavy, however.

BASE jumping is a sport that many people don't understand. You need to be aware of the dangers involved in learning how to BASE jump. You could fall off a cliff or hit an obstacle upside-down or head-on. Or you could collide with another jumper. BASE jumping may not be always dangerous but it can still prove dangerous if done incorrectly. Be sure to follow the safety tips below before you attempt to BASE Jump.

First, practice safe BASE jumping techniques by practicing on a smaller hill. It is important to take some time to get used to the terrain before you attempt to jump off of a higher hill. Also, be aware of weather conditions. You should not jump when the wind blows in your face. Foggy skies should be avoided. If your vision is less than 10ft in front of you, you may need a break until the clouds clear. Third, make sure you have the right gear. You should have a helmet, goggles and gloves as well as a complete suit including a harness. Fourth, be sure to have a plan. Ask someone to join you if things go wrong before you leave the ground. Finally, never jump alone. Always have someone with you.
